Job Description:
We are urgently hiring experienced healthcare professionals and operational leaders to join our multi-specialty facility in Abu Dhabi. These roles are fundamental to our hospital framework, requiring dedicated individuals who can manage complex clinical operations or provide high-quality specialist care for management review. We have open positions for: Director of Operations (Medical Specialties), Physiotherapist, General Practitioner (GP), Radiologist, Laboratory Technician, and Sonographer. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and supporting cross-functional coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hospital operations and ensure smooth departmental coordination at our Abu Dhabi facility (for leadership roles).
- Provide high-quality patient care and diagnostic services to meet management clinical excellence standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and administrative departments regarding service delivery, patient satisfaction, and hospital protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE healthcare standards and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and EMR systems for effective hospital and patient data management.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management, or a relevant Clinical Discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in an operational or clinical role within a UAE multi-specialty hospital.
- Strong background in management of hospital workflows, cross-functional coordination, and patient care standards.
- Professional background in education or training regarding hospital administration or specialized medical protocols.
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and complex healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset.
