Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team for a high-rise tower project in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our structural framework, requiring a professional who can develop detailed project schedules and implement effective recovery strategies for management review. You will be responsible for Primavera P6 scheduling, conducting TIA/EOT delay analysis, and generating progress S-curves. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering and tower construction. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed baseline programs and WBS using Primavera P6 in Dubai.
- Track project progress and update construction sequences to meet management timeline standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and project control departments regarding resource allocation, manpower planning, and claims preparation.
- Conduct rigorous delay analysis (EOT/TIA) and assist in the preparation of contractual claims in line with FIDIC standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to generate S-curves, dashboards, and detailed progress reports.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 10 to 15 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE construction market.
- Strong background in management of high-rise tower projects, scheduling, and project control functions.
- Professional background in education or training regarding FIDIC contracts and complex claims procedures.
- Mandatory hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 for large-scale engineering projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced Dubai construction site.
