Job Description:
We are actively seeking motivated Sales Staff with strong Arabic language skills to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can manage sales activities for our car inventory and develop new sales networks for management review. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing strategic recommendations based on competitor activities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Automotive Sales and a results-oriented mindset. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute sales activities for the company’s car inventory through existing and new channels in Dubai.
- Achieve individual and team-based sales targets consistently to meet management growth standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and marketing departments regarding lead generation, customer inquiries, and ongoing promotional training.
- Conduct market research and share insights on competitor activities and customer preferences with senior management.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to stay informed about product specifications and pricing updates.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential (native speakers are highly preferred) for effective client communication.
- Proven professional experience within the sales industry, preferably in the UAE automotive sector.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license to facilitate car viewings and client meetings.
- Strong background in management of sales networks, client requirements, and market trend analysis.
- Professional background in education or training regarding automotive product specifications and sales techniques.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven business environment.
