Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team in Dubai and Fujairah. This role is fundamental to our corporate framework, requiring a professional who can greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and support daily office operations for management review. You will be responsible for mail coordination, courier deliveries, and maintaining the organization of the reception area. We are looking for a presentable individual with a strong foundation in Customer Service. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner at our Dubai or Fujairah facilities.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to meet management communication standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and administrative departments regarding courier deliveries, mail management, and office supplies.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the front-desk and reception area.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for call routing, scheduling, and administrative coordination support.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Any Discipline from a recognized institution.
