Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our UAE operations, focused on heavy machinery and equipment sales. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can exceed sales targets and maintain strong relationships with potential clients for management review. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, preparing professional quotations, and ensuring smooth order processing. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in B2B Sales and machinery rental markets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets for heavy machinery and related equipment in Dubai and Sharjah.
- Establish and maintain strong B2B relationships with potential clients to meet management growth standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal logistics departments regarding order processing, site visits, and sales performance training.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and prepare technical proposals for equipment or machinery rentals.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for CRM management, quotation tracking, and market research.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant academic discipline is highly preferred.
- Proven professional experience in heavy machinery sales, technical equipment rentals, or automotive sales within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of client-handling processes, negotiation, and target-driven sales cycles.
- Professional background in education or training regarding heavy machinery specifications and industrial market trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a distinct advantage.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and competitive industrial environment.
