Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can supervise all major hotel departments—including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B—for management and guest review. You will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the property, managing budgets, and implementing revenue-improvement strategies. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all major hotel departments to ensure seamless daily operations across Dubai luxury assets.
- Maintain high service standards and enhance guest satisfaction to meet management excellence benchmarks.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and executive teams regarding department head performance, team building, and training initiatives.
- Take full ownership of financial health, managing operational expenses and optimizing ADR and occupancy rates.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and Property Management Systems (PMS) for financial reporting and operational oversight.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in hotel management, ideally within a luxury setting in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of P&L, cost control, revenue generation, and brand SOP compliance.
- Professional background in education or training regarding luxury brand service standards and Dubai’s hospitality market.
- Excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and premium hospitality environment.
