Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our expanding team across multiple UAE locations. This role is fundamental to our construction framework, requiring a professional who can verify survey data and deliver precise land assessments for management and engineering review. You will be responsible for validating measurements, supporting project planning, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering Surveying and large-scale infrastructure projects. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and validate survey data and site calculations across Dubai and Northern Emirates project sites.
- Deliver precise land assessments to meet management accuracy and project planning benchmarks.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and engineering teams regarding site findings, documentation, and safety regulations.
- Support project execution by providing technical surveying input and maintaining accurate reporting of findings.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and advanced surveying equipment for data accuracy and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in roads and infrastructure projects within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of survey data, land assessments, and large-scale construction site coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding surveying standards and infrastructure project specifications.
- Excellent analytical skills with the immediate availability to join our professional team.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
