Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and versatile HR & Admin Executive to join our Dubai branch. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can effectively handle both human resources and administrative responsibilities for management and operational review. You will be responsible for supporting HR functions, managing office documentation, and ensuring that company policies and SOPs are properly implemented. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Office Administration and proactive problem-solving. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing HR operations, including the maintenance of accurate employee records and documentation across our Dubai office.
  • Support administrative functions to meet management efficiency and office operation standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team to develop and implement company policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal organizational standards and maintain smooth workflow coordination between departments.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and MS Office tools (Excel) for efficient data management, reporting, and communication.

  • Any University Degree from a recognized academic institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar HR & Admin role (UAE or global experience).
  • Strong background in management of HR policies, procedures, and multitasking in an office environment.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding interpersonal communication and organizational standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced construction sector.
