Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can handle end-to-end payroll processing for a large, site-based workforce for management and audit review. You will be responsible for calculating overtime, managing site-wise salary allocations, and ensuring timely WPS submissions. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labor Laws and construction-specific payroll complexities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Process comprehensive payroll for a large-scale workforce across our Dubai construction sites.
  • Accurately calculate overtime, allowances, and site-wise salary allocations to meet management cost distribution standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and accounts departments to verify payroll data and ensure WPS (Wages Protection System) compliance.
  • Maintain organized payroll records and ensure all processes comply with current UAE labor regulations.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and payroll software for efficient reporting, data validation, and discrepancy investigation.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources from a recognized academic institution.
  • Proven professional experience in payroll processing specifically within the construction industry.
  • Strong background in management of site-based payroll structures, overtime calculations, and WPS preparation.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor laws and payroll compliance requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dedicated payroll software.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to perform in a large-scale operational environment.
