Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for identifying potential hazards, conducting regular site inspections, and leading safety briefings to ensure the safe execution of all activities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HSE Management and hands-on experience with UAE safety standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce comprehensive HSE policies across our Dubai project sites.
- Identify potential hazards and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to meet management safety goals.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and project teams regarding safety audits, inspections, and staff training sessions.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings to ensure all personnel adhere to Tarakhees and DDA regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and reporting software for accurate safety documentation and incident tracking.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics from a recognized academic institution.
- Valid Tarakhees and DDA (Dubai Development Authority) approvals are mandatory.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in HSE or safety management roles within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of site safety, hazard identification, and compliance audits.
- Professional background in education or training regarding international safety standards and leadership.
- Excellent communication skills with the immediate availability to join our team.
- Must currently be on a Safety Officer visa.
