Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated UAE National (Emirati) to join our professional team in Abu Dhabi as a PRO / Admin. This role is fundamental to our regulatory framework, requiring a professional who can manage public relations officer duties and general administrative support for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for visa processing, labor approvals, immigration procedures, and coordinating employee accommodations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Administrative Procedures and a valid Family Book. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage comprehensive PRO-related tasks including visa applications, labor approvals, and immigration processes across Abu Dhabi.
- Coordinate employee accommodation arrangements and maintain proper records to meet management and housing standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team and UAE government authorities to ensure full compliance with all local regulations.
- Support day-to-day administrative functions and ensure a smooth documentation workflow between departments.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and government systems for efficient application tracking and office operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Must be a UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book (Mandatory).
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant academic discipline.
- Strong background in management of government-related processes, immigration laws, and labor approvals.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE government systems and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively within a professional administrative environment.
