Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support catering and event operations to ensure smooth staffing and service delivery across our Dubai venues.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to execute successful event staffing plans to meet management standards.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding service quality, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and energy while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and recruitment tools for efficient candidate tracking and operational support.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or Business from a recognized institution.
- Strong background in teamwork, communication, and hospitality-centric recruitment.
- Professional background in education or training regarding food services, event management, and customer excellence.
