Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai. • Support catering and event operations to ensure smooth staffing and service delivery across our Dubai venues.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources team to execute successful event staffing plans to meet management standards.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding service quality, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and energy while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Utilize digital Information Technology and recruitment tools for efficient candidate tracking and operational support.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or Business from a recognized institution.
• Strong background in teamwork, communication, and hospitality-centric recruitment.
• Professional background in education or training regarding food services, event management, and customer excellence.
