Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to join our operations in Umm Al Naar, Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our technical framework, requiring a professional who can handle electrical maintenance tasks and ensure equipment reliability for management and plant review. You will be responsible for the repair and overhaul of motors, generators, and switchgear in a power and desalination environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Industrial Electrical Systems and the ability to work in rotational day and night shifts. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and overhaul of electrical equipment such as motors, generators, transformers, and switchgear across our Abu Dhabi facilities.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities to meet management and operational efficiency standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and engineering teams regarding shift rotations, safety protocols, and documentation.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot complex electrical systems while interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for accurate reporting of maintenance activities and fault diagnosis.
🔹 Requirements:
- 3-Year Industrial Diploma in Electrical Field or a relevant technical academic discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional industrial experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Power or Desalination Plants.
- Strong background in management of electrical maintenance practices, fault diagnosis, and safety compliance.
- Professional background in education or training regarding electrical schematics, switchgear, and high-voltage equipment.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment including day and night rotational shifts.
- Strong commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards while adhering to plant protocols.
