Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources department in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can support the full hiring cycle and candidate engagement for management and departmental review. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules to ensure a smooth transition into the workforce. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the recruitment cycle, including job postings and application reviews to meet management requirements.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable professionals for various roles within the Dubai market.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team and hiring managers to coordinate interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ATS platforms for efficient applicant tracking and communication.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a relevant academic discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience specifically in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Strong background in management of candidate interactions, interview coordination, and interpersonal communication.
- Professional background in education or training regarding HR operations and employment best practices.
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken) with a focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a structured environment while managing multiple recruitment tasks in the UAE.
