Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team in Umm Al Quwain. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage day-to-day HR functions and recruitment activities for management and operational review. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, and ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Laws. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Hospitality HR Operations and a proactive approach to personnel management. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings and candidate screening to meet management goals.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and joining documentation for new hospitality staff in Umm Al Quwain.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team to conduct employee onboarding and maintain organized personnel files.
- Monitor attendance records, leave management, and provide administrative support for payroll processing.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and Microsoft Office applications for HR documentation and internal communication.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a relevant academic discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in HR, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Strong background in management of recruitment cycles, onboarding procedures, and employee relations.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and HR operational procedures.
- Organized and proactive approach with a focus on operational excellence and administrative accuracy.
- Candidates based in Umm Al Quwain or willing to commute are preferred; immediate joiners will have an advantage.
