Job Description:

We are currently looking to hire a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage executive calendars and prepare high-level documentation for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for coordinating complex communications, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth project follow-ups. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Corporate Administration and a proactive approach to executive-level activities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive-level support to senior leadership to meet management objectives.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule high-priority meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements in Abu Dhabi.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and project collaboration.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and organize secure documentation systems to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Office applications to prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience specifically as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong background in management of executive-level schedules, stakeholder interactions, and project coordination.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding corporate etiquette and advanced administrative procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Prior UAE work experience is highly advantageous; immediate joiners in Abu Dhabi will be given preference.
