Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our front office team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can manage smooth check-in and check-out processes for management and guest review. You will be responsible for welcoming arrivals, managing room allocations, and responding to guest inquiries with the highest level of professionalism. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Guest Relations and a proactive approach to front desk operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and manage check-in procedures to meet management service standards.
  • Allocate rooms efficiently and manage booking inquiries to maximize occupancy in Dubai.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest transitions and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest check-outs and billing transactions to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and front desk reservation systems to provide detailed information on hotel amenities.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • 0 to 1 year of professional experience in hospitality or customer service; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong background in management of guest interactions, registrations, and billing inquiries.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding front desk systems and luxury service protocols.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a customer-focused attitude in a fast-paced UAE environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient during peak operational hours.
