Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support our projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our financial framework, requiring a professional who can manage project budgets and cost management for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, developing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and handling contract compliance. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering and a proactive approach to financial efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets to meet management and project standards.
- Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for landscaping and construction projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and project teams to ensure 100% data integrity in contract administration and variations.
- Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures to maintain quality and compliance standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and AutoCAD to prepare financial performance reports and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related academic discipline.
- 4 to 8 years of professional experience specifically in quantity surveying within the UAE construction sector.
- Strong background in management of cost estimation, project budgeting, and contract terms.
- Professional background in education or training regarding QS software and AutoCAD.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a preferred UAE driving license.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the capability to manage financial efficiency throughout project execution.
