Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a skilled and proactive Telesales / Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our sales framework, requiring a professional who can maintain seamless operations between clients and internal departments for management and performance review. You will be responsible for managing inbound/outbound calls, preparing quotations, and monitoring project timelines. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Sales Administration and a proactive approach to lead conversion. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to meet management and client engagement targets.
  • Assist the sales team with preparing quotations and documentation for projects in Dubai.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows between clients and suppliers.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure 100% data integrity and accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to prepare sales reports and monitor order deliveries and project timelines.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related academic discipline.
  • Proven professional experience specifically as a Sales Coordinator within the UAE construction or interior sector.
  • Strong background in management of CRM tools, customer databases, and sales reporting.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding telesales activities and client liaison.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a willingness to join immediately.
