Job Description:
We are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated professionals for Junior and Senior Outdoor Sales Executive roles in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our growth framework, requiring a professional who can conduct regular client visits and identify new business opportunities for management and performance review. You will be responsible for building relationships with workshops and fleet operators, promoting automotive spare parts, and achieving competitive targets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outdoor sales activities and regular client visits to meet management and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with workshops and dealers across Sharjah and the wider UAE.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer inquiries and product recommendations.
- Promote automotive spare parts effectively to ensure 100% data integrity in sales records and client interactions.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate sales activities and monitor market trends.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related academic discipline.
- Junior Level: 1–2 years of professional experience in UAE automotive spare parts sales.
- Senior Level: Minimum 5+ years of experience with a strong network in the UAE automotive industry.
- Strong background in management of key accounts, B2B sales, and exceeding sales targets.
- Professional background in education or training regarding automotive product knowledge and market dynamics.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a mandatory valid UAE driving license.
- Willingness to work in an outdoor sales environment and travel frequently for client meetings.
