Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher (Grade 1) to join our dynamic academic team for Term 3. This role is fundamental to our educational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver lessons aligned with international standards for management and academic review. You will be responsible for nurturing young learners, applying modern pedagogy, and supporting diverse needs including ELL and SEN. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with primary education standards to meet management and learning targets.
- Apply modern teaching strategies and pedagogical techniques in Abu Dhabi to foster student achievement.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and Inclusion departments to support students with diverse learning needs (ELL/SEN).
- Maintain a well-managed classroom environment to ensure 100% data integrity in student performance tracking.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to enhance the learning experience and communicate within the multicultural school setting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary/Elementary Education or a recognized qualification (PGCE or Master’s in Education).
- Minimum 4 years of professional teaching experience in primary education (International/UAE experience preferred).
- Strong background in management of positive behavior practices and classroom organization.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE educational frameworks and safeguarding policies.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and creativity in a fast-paced, inclusive school environment.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills with a passion for academic excellence in the UAE.
