Job Description:
We are looking to hire a driven and commercially aware Financial Analyst / Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our investment framework, requiring a professional who can manage company books and prepare financial statements for management and CEO review. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and contributing to strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Financial Analysis and a proactive approach to cost optimization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage company books to meet management and audit standards.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasting reports for Dubai-based investment activities.
- Liaise with the Human Resources, Senior Investment Analyst, and CEO to provide high-level financial insights.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including auditors and banks, to ensure 100% data integrity in all reporting.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to identify opportunities for value creation and efficiency improvements across the portfolio.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related academic discipline.
- Early-career professional experience with a strong understanding of UAE business practices.
- Strong background in management of financial analysis, problem-solving, and accounting principles.
- Professional background in education or training regarding strategic finance and local compliance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a confident approach when interacting with senior leadership.
