Job Description:
We are actively hiring Junior Operations Coordinators to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our logistics framework, requiring professionals who can effectively handle coordination tasks for management and operational review. You will be responsible for communicating with drivers and clients, monitoring delivery workflows, and resolving day-to-day issues. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Operational Support and a proactive approach to timely deliveries. Available Positions:
- Arabic-speaking Junior Operations Coordinator: Supporting regional client relations and local coordination.
- Hindi/Urdu-speaking Junior Operations Coordinator: Facilitating effective driver communication and fleet support.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily delivery and operational activities to meet management and service level agreements.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients in Abu Dhabi to ensure 100% data integrity in delivery statuses.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and operations teams to resolve day-to-day issues and maintain smooth workflows.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and monitoring to ensure high-quality and timely executions.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to report on operational activities and support internal coordination.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in a relevant academic discipline.
- Professional residency in the UAE with a strong willingness to join immediately.
- Strong background in management of interpersonal coordination and fast-paced delivery workflows.
- Professional background in education or training regarding logistics operations or delivery services.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence with mandatory proficiency in English (alongside Arabic or Hindi/Urdu).
- Excellent coordination abilities and the capability to work dynamically within a growing UAE team.
