Job Description:
We are urgently looking to hire a reliable HR & Administration Assistant to support our daily operations in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage HR documentation and recruitment activities for management and operational review. You will be responsible for screening candidates, assisting with onboarding, and coordinating with PRO and accounts teams. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HR Administration and a proactive approach to office coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening and onboarding to meet management and staffing targets.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation to ensure 100% data integrity across the UAE offices.
- Support Human Resources by preparing payroll inputs, tracking attendance, and managing leave records accurately.
- Liaise with the PRO and accounts teams to coordinate documentation and ensure smooth inter-departmental operations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Excel to handle general administrative duties and office filing.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in HR or Business Administration.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in an HR or Administration role, currently based in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of HR documentation, recruitment screening, and office coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding documentation processes and MS Excel.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, multitask efficiently, and maintain high professional standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
