Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as VR Operator / Facilitator in Manar Mall, Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our interactive framework, requiring a professional who can operate VR attractions for management and guest review. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, supervising VR equipment usage, and facilitating engaging competitions. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Customer Service and a proactive approach to safe entertainment operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly to meet management and corporate hospitality standards.
- Operate and supervise VR attractions in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring 100% data integrity in equipment usage and guest safety.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and park teams to organize and facilitate games, competitions, and engaging activities.
- Assist guests in understanding VR hardware and ensure all operational guidelines are strictly followed.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor equipment performance and maintain a lively, high-energy environment for visitors.

- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in a relevant academic discipline.
- Friendly and approachable personality with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of fast-paced environments, guest coordination, and multitasking.
- Professional background in education or training regarding VR equipment operation and park safety standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain a positive attitude, and provide immediate assistance to guests.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage interactive activities for diverse age groups in Ras Al Khaimah.
