Job Description:

We are looking to hire a motivated and detail-focused FM Administrator to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can coordinate daily facility activities for management and performance review. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, organizing reports, and assisting in the scheduling of maintenance activities. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in FM Administration and a proactive approach to vendor coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Facilities team to meet management and operational targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors in Dubai to ensure 100% data integrity in service delivery.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department to maintain and organize facility-related documentation and workforce reports.
  • Assist in scheduling maintenance activities and tracking service completion to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in a relevant academic discipline.
  • 2 to 3 years of professional experience specifically within the UAE Facilities Management sector.
  • Strong background in management of maintenance schedules, vendor relations, and documentation processes.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding organizational coordination and MS Office proficiency.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, manage deadlines effectively, and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Must hold a Cancelled Visa or Visit Visa and be available for immediate joining in Dubai.
