Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Engineer – Water Quality Services (WQS) to support our field and technical operations in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our engineering framework, requiring a professional who can monitor treatment system performance for management and technical review. You will be responsible for conducting on-site water testing, managing chemical treatment programs for cooling and boiler systems, and ensuring system efficiency. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Chemical Analysis and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site water testing, including pH and chlorine measurements, to meet management and quality targets.
• Monitor treatment system performance in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in technical documentation and service reports.
• Liaise with the Human Resources and internal field teams to implement chemical treatment programs and support system validation activities.
• Install and evaluate corrosion coupons while calibrating online monitoring instruments to ensure optimal system efficiency and cost control.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to report incidents and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• 1–2 years of professional experience specifically in water treatment or chemical services (freshers will not be considered).
• Strong background in management of water analysis, cooling systems, boiler systems, and technical troubleshooting.
• Professional background in education or training regarding chemical treatment techniques and on-site engineering work.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work in field-based site environments, and follow strict HSE company standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to manage client requirements effectively across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
