Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist – Andrology to join our team in Al Ain. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a professional who can perform advanced diagnostic tests for management and quality review. You will be responsible for conducting semen analysis, DNA fragmentation testing, and assessment of sperm morphology while ensuring full adherence to Abu Dhabi DOH regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and advanced semen analysis to meet management and laboratory diagnostic targets.
• Conduct DNA fragmentation testing in Al Ain with high precision, ensuring 100% data integrity in clinical documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and clinical teams to coordinate daily lab activities and improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure full compliance with DOH regulations and internal quality control protocols while assessing sperm morphology and motility.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain organized laboratory records and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a professional Certificate in a related field.
• Mandatory valid DOH Abu Dhabi License with proven clinical experience in andrology cases.
• Strong background in management of DNA fragmentation techniques, motility evaluation methods, and sperm morphology assessment.
• Professional background in education or training regarding male infertility laboratory procedures and healthcare safety standards.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong technical knowledge, and excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination skills with the capability to work efficiently in a specialized Al Ain fertility laboratory.
