Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and well-organized Receptionist / Executive Secretary to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage front desk activities for management and executive support review. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, scheduling travel plans, and maintaining robust filing systems. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Corporate Administration and a proactive approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily front desk operations and welcome visitors to meet management and professional standards.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and arrange complex travel plans in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in documentation and records.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to support general office administration and ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, maintain accurate filing systems, and perform administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to manage documentation and ensure a professional image for the organization.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience specifically in a receptionist or executive secretary role within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of front desk operations, document filing, and executive scheduling.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding English communication and corporate office procedures.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain a professional appearance, and multitask efficiently and independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to handle complex administrative tasks in a fast-paced JLT office environment.
