Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s Dubai-based team. This role is fundamental to the firm’s growth framework, requiring a professional who can drive business development for management and sales review. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and money managers, and conducting proactive outreach across multiple digital channels. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in the Forex/CFD Industry and a proactive “hunter” mindset. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts to meet management and KPI targets.
- Build and maintain affiliate partnerships with IBs, money managers, and influencers in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in CRM records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and Head of Sales to qualify leads and arrange strategic meetings.
- Conduct multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, and social media while tracking performance metrics and conversion rates.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and CRM systems to maintain accurate sales records and optimize lead generation strategies.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically within the Forex/CFD industry (Mandatory).
- Strong background in management of outbound sales, lead generation, and affiliate relationship building.
- Professional background in education or training regarding CRM systems and financial sales performance tracking.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a results-driven hunter mindset, and excellent English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage complex sales cycles in a fast-paced Dubai financial environment.
