Job Description:

We are currently hiring Customer Service Executives to join our growing team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can handle customer inquiries for management and transaction review. You will be responsible for assisting customers with currency exchange operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting general branch administration. We are looking for individuals with a strong foundation in Customer Service Principles and a proactive approach to handling financial requests. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service support to meet management and service quality targets.
  • Handle basic financial and currency exchange-related transactions in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in customer requests and documentation.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and branch leadership to maintain a professional and customer-friendly environment at all times.
  • Support branch operations and administrative tasks while ensuring the accurate processing of all service requests.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and data entry skills to maintain precise records of financial transactions and customer interactions.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in any relevant field of study.
  • Strong communication skills; we welcome applications from candidates from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
  • Strong background in management of basic financial transactions, data handling, and computer-based operations.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding customer service principles and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, maintain a customer-focused approach, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in financial services is considered a strong advantage for applicants in Dubai.
