Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Site Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee on-site mechanical works for management and infrastructure review. You will be responsible for supervising daily installations of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems while ensuring compliance with approved drawings and authority regulations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in MEP Site Supervision and a proactive approach to coordinating with contractors and subcontractors. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily mechanical installation works to meet management and project specification targets.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and gas system installations in Sharjah, ensuring 100% data integrity in shop drawings and material submittals.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and project teams to coordinate with contractors and ensure smooth execution of site activities.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning to ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and safety requirements before project handover.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and AutoCAD to review coordination plans and report any deviations in site work quality.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related professional Certificate.
• 4–7 years of professional experience specifically in MEP site supervision within the UAE or GCC.
• Strong background in management of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE authority regulations (Municipality, Civil Defense, SEWA).
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, read complex mechanical drawings, and solve site-specific technical problems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple site activities in Sharjah efficiently.
