Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Senior HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can strengthen workplace safety standards for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for implementing QHSE policies, conducting regular safety audits, and investigating workplace incidents across our logistics operations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE HSE Laws and a proactive approach to promoting a robust safety culture and defensive driving awareness. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QHSE policies and ISO standards to meet management and international compliance targets.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in HSE documentation and reports.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department to deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and defensive driving briefings for all staff.
• Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations to ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools to maintain accurate HSE records and monitor compliance with UAE health and safety laws.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering plus a mandatory Certificate (NEBOSH or IOSH).
• 5–7 years of professional experience specifically in HSE roles within the UAE transport or logistics sectors.
• Strong background in management of QHSE compliance, ISO standards, and occupational health protocols.
• Professional background in education or training regarding defensive driving and workplace risk assessment.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and high attention to detail in safety reporting.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage site-based responsibilities independently in Dubai.
