Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a Sourcing Executive to join a professional manpower team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can identify and engage manpower suppliers for management and workforce review. You will be responsible for exploring new suppliers, onboarding agencies, and sourcing blue-collar workers to meet diverse project requirements. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Labour Law and a proactive approach to building a robust supplier network. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Explore and identify new manpower suppliers across the UAE to meet management and project staffing targets.
• Source blue-collar workers and skilled labor in Sharjah, ensuring 100% data integrity in the supplier database and performance reports.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and external agencies to track onboarding progress and coordinate the mobilization of the workforce.
• Approach and onboard potential agencies while preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on supplier acquisition and performance.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office applications to maintain accurate records and ensure smooth coordination for manpower deployment.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience specifically in manpower supply sourcing within the UAE (Mandatory).
• Strong background in management of supplier networks, blue-collar recruitment, and workforce mobilization processes.
• Professional background in education or training regarding UAE Labour Law and supplier onboarding protocols.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple suppliers and meet project deadlines in Sharjah.
