Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Front Desk Customer Support professional to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can serve as the first point of contact for management and client review. You will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing service booking requests, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely delivery. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Customer Service Practices and a proactive approach to front desk administration. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner to meet management and brand hospitality targets.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and service booking requests in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in customer records and booking systems.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups effectively while maintaining a professional and presentable office environment.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Office for data entry, documentation, and coordination of daily service schedules.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or professional Certificate in a relevant field (Preferred).
- Previous professional experience specifically in front desk or customer service roles within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of office administration, coordination of service requests, and client engagement.
- Professional background in education or training regarding customer service principles and communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a presentable appearance, and proficiency in MS Office and email handling.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to multitask in a fast-paced Dubai automotive service setting.
