Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Officer for Admin Operations to manage and support key administrative and HR-related functions in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee multiple processes for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for business travel arrangements, payroll processing assistance, and recruitment coordination. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Corporate Support and a proactive approach to multitasking and internal department coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business travel arrangements and administrative coordination to meet management and logistics targets.
  • Oversee payroll support activities in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in processing, employee records, and recruitment documentation.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department to handle employee onboarding and coordinate internal recruitment processes.
  • Maintain and manage company documentation and records accurately to ensure a smooth workflow across HR and operations.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and office systems to optimize day-to-day administrative operations and internal requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field plus a professional Certificate in HR or Administration.
  • 4 to 5 years of professional core UAE experience in administrative or HR operations (Female candidates preferred).
  • Strong background in management of business travel, payroll processing, and employee onboarding workflows.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding native Hindi and English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong organizational skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support smooth business operations in Abu Dhabi.
