Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Audit Associate to join our Audit & Assurance team. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can support audit engagements for management and regulatory review. You will be responsible for preparing audit working papers, verifying financial records, and ensuring adherence to internal controls. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accounting Fundamentals and a proactive approach to analytical thinking and reconciliation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in carrying out audit assignments to meet management and established auditing standards.
• Prepare audit working papers and schedules in the UAE, ensuring 100% data integrity in financial statements, report drafts, and transaction records.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and team members to complete assignments within strict deadlines and maintain organized documentation.
• Conduct analytical reviews and perform account reconciliations while ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Microsoft Excel to optimize data formatting and professional audit reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a relevant professional Certificate (CA Intermediate IPCC preferred).
• Mandatory professional experience specifically within auditing or accounting roles in the UAE.
• Strong background in management of working papers, financial reporting standards, and account reconciliations.
• Professional background in education or training regarding internal controls, company policies, and auditing standards.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and a high level of accuracy in financial work.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a variety of industries across the UAE.
