Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper to join our team for large-scale construction projects in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can oversee site-based inventory for management and operational review. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, maintaining accurate stock registers, and ensuring compliance with site procedures for materials like steel, bitumen, and aggregates. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction Material Management and a proactive approach to SAP ERP and inventory documentation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations at project sites to meet management and infrastructure project targets.
- Maintain accurate records of materials in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in GRN (Goods Receipt Note), MIN (Material Issue Note), and stock registers.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and site engineers to coordinate material requirements and ensure proper documentation compliance.
- Monitor stock levels and support timely procurement processes while maintaining a safety-aware approach to site operations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and SAP ERP systems to optimize inventory tracking and professional site reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree plus a relevant professional Certificate in Storekeeping or Inventory Management.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience specifically within construction or infrastructure project sites.
- Strong background in management of construction materials, GRN/MIN documentation, and stock monitoring.
- Professional background in education or training regarding SAP ERP systems and local construction standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong organizational skills, and a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to support large-scale project sites in Dubai.
