Job Description:
We are seeking qualified and passionate educators to join our expanding academic team. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver engaging lessons for management and academic review. You will be responsible for assessing student performance, maintaining classroom discipline, and collaborating with fellow educators to enhance teaching quality. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to meet management and international curriculum targets.
- Support student learning in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in academic assessments, student performance records, and feedback logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and academic staff to maintain a positive learning environment and foster classroom discipline.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance instructional quality and ensure consistency across assigned subjects.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and classroom management systems to optimize student engagement and professional academic reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject plus a mandatory PGCE/PGDE or Equivalent Teaching Qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of professional teaching experience specifically within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of classroom discipline, student engagement, and curriculum-aligned lesson planning.
- Professional background in education or training regarding IELTS requirements (Overall 7.5; Oral 8.0 for Primary) for non-native speakers.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and a willingness to work in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a multicultural learning environment in Abu Dhabi.
