Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our expanding finance team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can support daily accounting operations for management and fiscal review. You will be responsible for data entry, VAT-related documentation, and assisting with financial reconciliations. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Accounting Principles and a proactive approach to learning industry practices and financial software. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations to meet management and financial reporting targets.
• Support fiscal activities in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in record maintenance, VAT compliance documentation, and financial files.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and senior accountants to prepare reconciliations and assist with basic financial report drafting.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records while gaining hands-on experience in structured corporate accounting processes.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and MS Excel to optimize data entry and professional financial reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) plus a relevant professional Certificate.
• Freshers or entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
• Strong background in management of financial concepts, data entry, and basic organizational documentation.
• Professional background in education or training regarding MS Excel, accounting software (like Tally), and accounting principles.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong attention to detail, and a proactive learning attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to support an expanding finance team in Dubai.
