Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mobile Application Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead the development and execution of mobile solutions for management and technical review. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating with third-party vendors, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications to meet management and business performance targets.
- Support technical integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in mobile security protocols, project documentation, and code optimization.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and implement proactive solutions for risk management while ensuring applications are optimized for user experience.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and project management frameworks to optimize delivery timelines and professional technical reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology plus a Mandatory PMP Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically within mobile application development and project leadership.
- Strong background in management of external vendors, service providers, and full-lifecycle project delivery.
- Professional background in education or training regarding mobile app development for property leasing or facility management sectors.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, bridge technical execution with business needs, and current residency in the UAE.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support high-impact mobile initiatives in Abu Dhabi.
