Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist (Parent Relations Officer) to join our administrative team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage the front desk for management and community review. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, handling inquiries, and supporting the admissions process. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Customer Service and Parent Relations and a proactive approach to stakeholder communication and enrollment support. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and visitor welcoming to meet management and parent satisfaction targets.
  • Support communication integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in inquiry routing, enrollment documentation, and visitor logs.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and school staff to coordinate parent queries and facilitate smooth stakeholder coordination.
  • Support the admissions department by guiding prospective parents through enrollment, assisting with applications, and coordinating campus tours.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and school management systems to optimize communication and professional administrative reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration or Communication plus a relevant professional Customer Service Certificate.
  • Proven professional experience specifically within a front desk, reception, or parent relations role.
  • Strong background in management of front-of-house operations, stakeholder queries, and administrative coordination.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding admissions support, conflict resolution, and hospitality standards.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, a welcoming personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard school office in Dubai.
