Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee event execution and logistics in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can lead complex setups for management and quality review. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, managing floral production, and ensuring all projects are delivered within budget and on time. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Event Logistics and Vendor Coordination and a proactive approach to resource allocation and process optimization. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across event and floristry functions to meet management and quality standards.
- Support execution integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department, external vendors, and suppliers to build strong professional networks and ensure smooth coordination.
- Lead internal teams to achieve operational goals while identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and improve production processes.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and project management systems to optimize logistics tracking and professional operational reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Operations Management plus a Mandatory UAE Driving License.
- Proven professional experience specifically within event operations and logistics management in the UAE.
- Strong background in management of complex event setups, vendor coordination, and floral production quality control.
- Professional background in education or training regarding budgeting, planning, and operational process optimization.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong problem-solving skills, and the capability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support high-impact event initiatives in Dubai.
