Job Description:

We are expanding our creative team and seeking skilled professionals for the roles of Graphic Designer and Videographer in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can develop engaging visual content for management and marketing review. You will be responsible for designing compelling graphics, creating high-quality promotional videos, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Real Estate Marketing and Visual Media and a proactive approach to storytelling and technical project execution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling graphics for marketing materials and social media to meet management and brand presence targets.
• Support media integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in video editing, file management, and creative project documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and marketing teams to produce creative concepts that support active real estate campaigns.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality video content for corporate use while ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and creative software to optimize video production and professional design reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Media, or Film plus a relevant professional Creative Portfolio.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience specifically working with a real estate developer in Dubai.
• Strong background in management of multiple creative projects, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Premiere Pro.
• Professional background in education or training regarding motion graphics, visual storytelling, and video production techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, creative thinking, and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-growth developer in Dubai.
