Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage complex financial records for management and investment review. You will be responsible for preparing balance sheets, rent collections, and supporting strategic financial planning. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial reports to meet management and investment performance targets.
- Support fiscal integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in rent collections, security deposits, and vendor invoice processing.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to manage payout schedules and profitability reporting.
- Perform regular account reconciliations and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes while providing support during audits.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and accounting software to optimize revenue analysis and professional financial reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a relevant professional Accounting Certificate.
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience preferably within the UAE real estate or investment sector.
- Strong background in management of financial reporting standards, ROI analysis, and auditing processes.
- Professional background in education or training regarding property accounting, cash flow management, and financial compliance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, attention to detail, and the capability to handle multiple financial tasks under deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a leading investment firm in Dubai.
