Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our client’s operations in JAFZA, Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks for management and financial review. You will be responsible for journal entries, maintaining accurate records in ERP systems, and supporting accounts payable and receivable processes. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Construction Accounting and SAP/QuickBooks and a proactive approach to reconciliations and financial reporting. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks and journal entries to meet management and financial reporting targets.
• Support fiscal integrity in JAFZA, ensuring 100% data integrity in ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to manage accounts payable and receivable processes with accurate records.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports while ensuring compliance with standard accounting principles and company procedures.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and ERP systems like SAP to optimize data entry and professional financial reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance plus a relevant professional Accounting Certificate.
• Proven professional experience specifically within accounting roles, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong background in management of ledger maintenance, financial processes, and structured accounting environments.
• Professional background in education or training regarding SAP, QuickBooks, and standard accounting principles.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high attention to detail, and the capability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support industrial operations in Dubai.
