Job Description:
We are continuing our recruitment drive for the 2026–2027 academic year, seeking qualified and passionate educators for our campus in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons and lead academic departments to meet management and student learning targets.
- Support academic integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in student assessments, lesson planning, and departmental documentation.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and senior leadership to foster a safe and inclusive environment for student development.
- Maintain high standards of classroom discipline and contribute to the school’s dynamic growth through technical subject expertise.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and school management systems to optimize student tracking and professional academic reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area plus a Teaching Diploma or valid Teaching License.
- IELTS Requirements: 7.0 (English Teachers), 6.0 (Science/Math/KG), 5.5 (Art).
- Strong background in management of classroom environments, student behavior, and departmental academic standards.
- Professional background in education or training regarding modern teaching methods and subject-specific curriculum standards.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for academic excellence.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard K–12 school in Dubai.
