Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can support daily HR operations for management and administrative review. You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HR Documentation and Personnel Administration and a proactive approach to employee queries and payroll data inputs. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation to meet management and compliance targets.
  • Support people integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in attendance records, leave tracking, and payroll data inputs.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and candidates to coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Provide day-to-day support for employee queries and ensure a smooth experience during the onboarding and offboarding cycles.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HRIS systems to optimize administrative tasks and professional HR reporting.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Administrative Certification plus a relevant professional HR Administration Certificate.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience specifically within HR or administrative roles in the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of employee files, recruitment coordination, and multi-tasking within professional offices.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor practices, payroll assistance, and office administration.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-volume HR firm in Dubai.
