Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee operations across multiple business sectors in Dubai. This role is fundamental to the organizational framework, requiring a professional who can drive organizational performance for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and working with executive leadership to scale the business. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across all group companies to meet management and profitability targets.
- Support organizational integrity in Dubai, ensuring 100% data integrity in KPI tracking, financial reporting, and departmental performance logs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and senior leadership to mentor teams and implement best practices across the group.
- Execute operational strategies that align with long-term business goals, focusing on efficiency and full compliance with UAE industry standards.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and advanced ERP systems to optimize business processes and professional executive reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory) plus a relevant MBA or Equivalent Executive Qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of proven professional experience specifically working as a COO within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of diversified industries, preferably healthcare, pharmaceutical, or real estate sectors.
- Professional background in education or training regarding strategic decision-making, financial modeling, and UAE regulatory compliance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, high-level financial acumen, and the capability to handle multi-entity operations effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to lead a high-impact strategy for a diversified group in Dubai.
