Job Description:
We are seeking a capable and experienced Senior Officer – Admin Operations for an onsite role in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage multiple administrative functions for management and operational review. You will be responsible for business travel management, payroll coordination, and employee onboarding documentation. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in UAE Administrative Operations and HR Documentation and a proactive approach to maintaining record accuracy and supporting recruitment workflows. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate complex business travel arrangements and itineraries to meet management and operational logistics targets.
- Support administrative integrity in Abu Dhabi, ensuring 100% data integrity in payroll-related processes, onboarding documentation, and employee records.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and internal teams to facilitate recruitment coordination and smooth integration of new hires.
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure overall efficiency and maintain up-to-date accurate organizational records.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and HR systems to optimize workflow management and professional administrative reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field plus a professional HR or Admin Operations Certificate.
- 4 to 5 years of core UAE professional experience specifically in administrative and HR-related functions.
- Strong background in management of business travel, payroll coordination, and large-scale onboarding activities.
- Native Hindi speaker with excellent communication skills in English is mandatory for this professional engagement.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor documentation, travel itineraries, and recruitment support.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, strong multitasking abilities, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi office.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capability to support a high-standard HR consultancy in Abu Dhabi.
